**The Opportunity**: We’re excited to welcome enthusiastic and motivated **Full-Time Sales Representative** to our James Lane Nunawading store. If you’re passionate about design, driven by results, and love working in a dynamic environment, this role is for you!

**Your Role**:

- Implement creative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate on store operations, ensuring efficient order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Establish genuine relationships with customers, providing personalized product recommendations and exceptional service.
- Showcase your knowledge and passion for design, guiding customers through our curated collections.
- Thrive in a fast-paced setting while delivering outstanding results and memorable customer experiences.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Strong communication skills with a natural ability to engage and connect with customers.

- Physical ability to lift and handle furniture (up to 20kg) safely.
- Experience in assembling and disassembling furniture.
- A proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales goals in a retail setting.
- Availability and flexibility to work weekends.
