About the Role As a Community Registered Nurse based in Belair, this permanent full‑time position may require occasional travel to other Kalyra locations. The role offers autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to improve client wellbeing in a person‑centred environment. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical care including medication management, wound care, palliative care, and other complex needs.
- Complete clinical assessments and develop person‑centred support plans.
- Provide clinical guidance to Enrolled Nurses and credentialled care staff.
- Liaise with clients, families, carers, and health professionals.
- Provide training, coaching, and support to team members.
- Review and update clinical care requirements in line with best practice.
- Promote a safe, high‑quality service environment. Qualifications & Registrations
- Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and a current practising certificate.
- Current CPR Certificate.
- Current SA driver’s licence.
- Satisfactory police clearance. Skills & Experience
- Nursing experience in aged and/or community care is highly desirable.
- Highly developed skills in client nursing and personal care.
- Robust clinical assessment and decision‑making skills.
- Sound knowledge of current issues relating to the aged and community care industry.
- Commitment to continuous quality improvement.
- Commitment to Work Health and Safety legislation affecting practice.
- Knowledge of and developed skills in working with records and information management in an electronic environment.
- Commitment to follow Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia Standards of Practice.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the ageing process and particular aged‑related health issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work without close supervision and recognise times when matters require referral.
- Well‑developed customer relations skills and commitment to providing quality service and implementing continuous improvement.
- Well‑developed communication skills, able to relate effectively to a wide range of people. What We Offer
