**THE ROLE**

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Drafting and placing job advertisements
- Arranging and following up interviews with line managers
- Completing reference checks
- Preparing weekly/ monthly / annual reports on recruitment activity levels
- Providing general guidance and support, assisting in training and coaching in selection processes, and working with line management to establish alternative recruitment strategies when required.

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in the role you will have:

- Experience in high volume recruitment, in particular, across the retail industry
- Qualifications in HR beneficial
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Experience in project management
- Ability to influence and change management skills
