Property Manager - no Saturdays! (Mitcham)

Monday to Friday only

Our client is a large and very prominent brand in the Eastern suburbs. They are now looking for an experienced Property Manager who can step in and manage a portfolio of properties (numbers will be relevant to your experience). You will have excellent support by way of Inspection teams assisting you, and yahoooooo, there are no Saturdays required!

The role will be responsible for, but not restricted to:

- All aspects of property management
- Liaise with owners, tenants, contractors and external suppliers
- Bond lodgement and refunds
- Lease renewals
- Dealing with landlords and tenants
- Overseeing and coordinating maintenance

**Who would we love to meet?**
- Someone with a minimum f 1-2 years Property Management experience managing your own portfolio
- Holds their Agents Rep / Cert 4 in Property (minimum)
- Drivers license / reliable car
- Solid communication skills
- A fabulous team player, who can come in and add great value and experience to their team
- Neat and tidy personal presentation

Salary will be dependent on the experience you bring, but circa $75
