We are looking for a pleasant and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Blackburn. This is Casual role.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you are responsible to create a warm and welcoming environment for visitors and guests to THQ Blackburn which is in keeping with the values and Mission of The Salvation Army. You will also provide a broad range of reception, concierge and admin support for the organization and the Facilities Management team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Be the ‘first point of contact’ for all face to face and telephone enquiries to THQ Blackburn.- Manage a switchboard of external calls ensuring each are addressed as appropriate and in a timely manner.- Provide administration support as required for building management (including access for trades as arranged).- Maintain up to date knowledge of TSA internal teams and external facing services in order to allow enquiries to be passed to relevant persons.- Undertake a range of admin tasks and project work as needed to support the THQ Building Manager and other TSA teams, whilst prioritizing Reception duties.
