Business Development Officer (Nunawading)

**Metro Heating & Cooling** family-owned & operated business located in Nunawading. We are in the process of helping 1.3 million homes in Victoria that are still on gas transition across to electric alternatives while also tapping into the government program that isn't going away any time soon. We have installed thousands of our systems around Melbourne.

**Full Time | 38 Hour Week | 9am to 5pm | Monday to Friday (Office Base) | Great Team & Culture | Nunawading Location | Market-competitive salary + Bonus**

**| Over The Phone Sales**

**The role**:

- 100% inbound WARM leads that will have just responded to Google Ads, Facebook Ads or enquired on our website. They have just raised their hand for more information. They don't realise that their next point of contact will be a call from YOU.
- Prepare quotations
- Using consultative approaches to influence home owners
- Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
- Follow leads and close deals
- Schedule appointments and conduct on-site assessments

**Your ideal skills and characteristics should include**:

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence a positive outcome
- Good negotiating and communication skills
- Direct engagement with customer sales experience
- Outstanding Customer Service Attitude
- Extremely well organised
- Self-motivated with an ability to multi-task
- Possess a positive and energetic 'can do' attitude, and a willingness to learn
- A motivated and resilient attitude towards goals

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Prior experience in heating and cooling is highly valued
- HVAC trade background is a significant advantage
- Proven success in business development, sales, or marketing within the HVAC industry within the Residential/Domestic/Dealer HVAC industry

Pay: $75,000.00
- $100,000.00 per year
