Customer Service Officer Nunawading

Metro Heating and Cooling:

Established in 2019, we are a leading Heating & Cooling business located in Nunawading and servicing all over Melbourne.

About the role:

8am to 9am stat (8 hour day) | 38 hour week| Nunawading Location | Monday to Friday | FullTime |

Duties:

Coordinating deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs & breakdowns

Initiate accurate customer bookings within our system in a timely manner

Liaise with other departments within the company to promptly resolve customer queries

Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to customer accounts and service history

Assisting with the processing of customer orders, invoices, and payments

Supporting the sales team by providing information and resources to customers

Collaborating with the operations team to ensure timely and effective service delivery

Build knowledge about services we provide and assist valued customers make the best decision

Reviewing of purchase orders and quotes for jobs

Logging of work orders and ensuring the work orders are completed

Update and maintain records regarding bookings and clients

What we need from you:

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and qualified demeanour

Robust administrative and organisational abilities with attention to detail

Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Hubspot advantage

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Extensive experience in service, technical or support functions

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently

Knowledge of the HVAC Industry is an advantage

Pay: $60,000.00
- $70,000.00 per year
