We are looking for a Full-time (35-40 hours a week) Invoicer to join our team at Chemist Warehouse Bethlehem. As part of our growing and well-loved family business, you will play a key role in our success and expansion.

**Job Description**: This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth management of stock, invoicing, and inventory levels. If you are someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and loves contributing to a collaborative team, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Receiving incoming goods, checking for damage, and verifying discrepancies between goods and invoices
- Processing invoices and credits accurately and efficiently
- Liaising with suppliers and head office to resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Assisting with unloading vehicles, opening packages, and removing contents
- Operating computer systems to obtain details of item location and stock quantities
- Labelling goods with storage location details
- Replenishing stock and maintaining inventory levels to ensure smooth store operations
- Supporting the store with additional customer-oriented tasks when needed

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in inventory management or invoicing is preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies or issues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with suppliers and the head office
- Ability to operate computers and inventory management systems
- A proactive and energetic attitude to assist in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with excellent time-management skills
- Minimum 6 months experience in a stock management or storeroom role
