**THE ROLE**
We are currently seeking a full time Property and Projects Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Property and Projects Manager, the purpose of this role is to:
- assist in the management and execution of property projects whilst also ensuring key property network data integrity is maintained across key platforms
- assist in ensuring all projects from the Property Department are completed within budget, on time and under OHS regulations, including new store developments, relocations, refurbishments, tenders, and other merchandising projects
**Key responsibilities will include**:
- to work closely with the Property and Projects Manager and Property and Development Manager in the delivery of the various projects on time and within budget
- to work with the property team in optimising store performance through effective management of new store development, relocations, refurbishments and national roll outs of special projects e.g.; VM rollouts
- coordinate tenders, external consultants, builders and contractors
- seek opportunities to improve execution of all required essential services in line with budget
- assist in updating and maintaining relevant property network data on various platforms including Lease Eagle
- identify operational efficiencies and suggest ideas for improvement
- build positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders ensuring effective communication channels are maintained
- ensure compliance and adherence to company values, code of conduct, policies and procedures
- assist the Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator
**ABOUT YOU**
To be successful, you will have:
- previous experience in a similar role (property/ retail fitouts)
- some contract and tender experience, knowledge and understanding of project management and facilities management
- intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
- strong numerical skills
- highly organized, good time management and prioritization skills
- strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- effective and explicit communication skills, both written and verbal
- proven skills using your initiative and being proactive
- ability to understand and resolve issues
- able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- consistent ability to meet deadlines
