About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Data Review and Entry Clerk! You will review data in both the SAMIS and Contract Management systems for accuracy.

Responsibilities include
- Undertake data update and entry
- Provide support for system maintenance and configuration tasks as required
- Review SAMIS support & related documentation
- Review current Government agreements to identify and review as directed, supplier names and ABN, legislation details, guidelines and standards, indexation, reporting, contact details, specified roles, KPI’s and acquittals
- Update NIMBLEX system with accurate details
- Assist with Operation projects as directed

This is a casual position, 15 hours per week, based in Blackburn, VIC. Salary and conditions are in accordance with Clerks Award Level 2.

What you will have
- Data entry experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite
- Knowledge of SAMIS system
- Advanced reading and communication skills
- Understanding of TSA functions and services
- Seek out input from others and shares own ideas to achieve best outcomes
