A small company dedicated to delivering great service and high quality products to their expanding base of customers, needs an enthusiastic admin all-rounder to become an integral member of their team.
You can work in a fun and creative graphic design and print setting.
The successful applicant must be extremely well organised, have an interest in bookkeeping and accounts, be self-motivated, and have the ability to be pro-active and professional. Excellent customer service and communication skills are a must.
Situated at the front of house, this role requires many wide-ranging tasks including:
Invoicing
Accounts receivable
Following up on overdue accounts
Answering phones
Meeting and greeting clients
Organising outgoing freight and despatch
Maintaining an up to date database
Print "finishing" duties including Pick and Pack
PA duties for the general manager
General office administration
The Applicant must have the following attributes:
Strong attention to detail
Work well under pressure
Adaptable and organised
A positive hear for numbers (Year 12 maths or accounting is an advantage)
A love of customer service
Computer literate and confident (XERO experience is an advantage)
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Can do attitude
A quick learner
Salary: $60,000.00
- $69,000.00 per year
Schedule:
8 hour shift
