About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and solutions-focused Service Coordinator to join our growing team in Nunawading. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role critical to our service department, where you’ll be the key link between customers, technicians, and internal teams. You’ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service outcomes—troubleshooting issues, coordinating service jobs, and ensuring spare parts are efficiently managed and dispatched. If you enjoy problem-solving, thrive on variety, and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Customer Support & Technical Assistance
- Provide phone-based support and assist customers with troubleshooting
- Diagnose issues and resolve remotely where possible
- Escalate and coordinate service call-outs when required Service Coordination
- Create and manage service jobs from start to completion
- Schedule and coordinate technicians and contractors
- Communicate job progress, updates and timelines to customers
- Ensure jobs are completed, closed and documented accurately Spare Parts & Dispatch
- Process spare parts orders and identify correct components
- Manage spare parts enquiries and consumables orders Customer & System Management
- Maintain accurate customer and equipment records
- Manage documentation including manuals, parts lists and service resources
- Support customer enquiries such as invoice requests and delivery updates Operational & Team Support
- Assist with preventative maintenance coordination
- Support invoicing, contractor processing and warranty claims
- Identify and implement process improvements About You You will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and delivering outstanding customer outcomes. Skills & Experience
- Experience in a similar service coordination or admin role (highly regarded)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Logical problem-solving ability
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, customer-first approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
