Barista/ All Rounder (Wavell Heights)

**Job Title**: Barista / All-Rounder **Location**: Wavell Heights, Brisbane, QLD

**What We’re Looking For**
- Availability to work **36 hours per week** during early morning shifts (4:45 am-1:00 pm).
- **Own transport** to reliably start shifts at 4:45 am.
- **Mandatory availability** on **Wednesdays and Thursdays**.
- At least **1 year of barista experience**, with the ability to handle high coffee volumes and maintain quality under pressure.
- A customer-focused attitude and the ability to create positive, engaging experiences for everyone who walks through our doors.
- Ability to work seamlessly in a rapid-paced environment and hit the ground running.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffees.
- Engaging with customers and delivering exceptional service.
- Assisting with food preparation and general café duties.
- Managing daily cash handling, including counting the till.
- Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to hygiene standards.

- **Employment Type**: Part time / Casual
- **Hourly Pay**: $28.46-$34.16 (based on experience).

**Schedule**:

- 4-8 hour shifts (5 days).
- Morning availability Monday to Sunday.
- Rotating roster with some public holiday and weekend shifts.

**Location Requirement**: You must be able to **reliably commute to or relocate** near **Wavell Heights, QLD 4012** before starting the role.

**Experience Required**
- **Barista**: 2+ years (essential).
- **Customer Service**: 2+ years (essential).
