**About the Role**

Blackwood Barbers is seeking a talented and experienced Barber to join our team in Mitchelton, Queensland. The barbershop has recently been sold and is now operating under **new ownership**, bringing fresh energy, investment, and a strong focus on growth and team development.

As a Barber, you will play a key role in providing high-quality grooming services to our loyal clientele. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work in a supportive, professional, and customer-focused environment.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Providing classic and modern haircuts, shaves, and grooming services to male clients
- Creating a welcoming, relaxed, and professional atmosphere for all customers
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic workstation
- Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Assisting with inventory management and product ordering
- Participating in team discussions and contributing to the continued success of the barbershop

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum **3 years of experience** as a Barber, with proven high-quality service delivery
- Strong haircutting and shaving skills across both classic and contemporary styles
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage clients in a friendly, qualified manner
- Good time management and multitasking abilities to support a busy shop
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to grow with the business
