Job Title: HR Administrator

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and industry regulations

Manage the casual staff roster including daily placement of workers

Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture

Manage performance appraisal processes and provide feedback to employees

Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policies

Requirements:

Proven experience or training in HR management, preferably in the labour hire or staffing industry

Tertiary level qualification in a relevant HR discipline

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience in a similar role, within a similar industry

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity

Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills

human resources administrator: 2 years (preferred)
