Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair various mobile devices including smartphones, tablets, and other portable electronics.

Perform software troubleshooting on operating systems such as Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows to resolve issues efficiently.

Conduct hardware repairs using hand tools and soldering techniques on components like screens, batteries, charging ports, and internal circuits.

Follow schematics and technical manuals to accurately identify faults and execute repairs with precision.

Provide technical support for device setup, updates, and troubleshooting both in‑store and in the field.

Assist customers with retail sales of mobile devices and accessories by explaining features and recommending solutions.

Use analysis skills to evaluate device problems quickly and determine the most effective repair strategies while maintaining quality standards.

Skills

Proficiency with Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows operating systems.

Solid knowledge of computer hardware components and repair techniques.

Experience with soldering equipment and working with schematics for electronic repairs.

Familiarity with hand tools used in electronics repair such as screwdrivers, spudgers, tweezers, etc.

Excellent analysis skills to troubleshoot software issues and hardware malfunctions efficiently.

Ability to perform field service visits for on‑site device repairs or support.

Effective communication skills for providing technical support to customers or team members.

Knowledge of mobile device components including screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, etc., for accurate diagnostics.
