Seeking a Site Administrator to support our Civil division undergoing a complex Water Tank Construction Project in Sandy Creek, South Australia, located at the gateway to Barossa Valley, approximately one hour’s drive from Adelaide. Permanent Part Time local role. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate site personnel access paperwork and new starter inductions
- Maintain site rosters, timesheets, and liaise with payroll
- Assist with travel, accommodation, and training arrangements
- Manage invoicing, purchasing, and receipting of goods
- Oversee filing, record keeping, and reporting requirements
- Maintain office supplies, PPE stock, and consumables
- Support administrative, accounts, and HSE functions as required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Solid communication and people skills
- Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge, in particular MS Excel
- Experience with high volume invoicing/purchasing
- JobPac and TimeTarget experience (desirable)
