Your responsibilities include developing comprehensive product knowledge to ensure top-tier service, addressing customer inquiries effectively, and tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
Coordinating order processing and deliveries, managing customer invoices, and providing product information are also key aspects of your role. You will be a valued member of our collaborative and enthusiastic team, where every day brings new challenges and experiences.

- Serve as the main support contact for customers through various communication channels.
- Cultivate extensive product expertise to deliver superior service.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries, offering effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Gain insight into each customer's business model and requirements to provide personalised service.
- Manage and prioritise customer orders in accordance with established procedures.
- Coordinate deliveries to meet customer expectations, including local and interstate freight.
- Offer customers product information and alternative options during periods of limited supply.
- Process customer invoices following standard procedures.
