Harvest Kitchen is seeking a Bar Manager to lead our beverage program, with equal focus on our extensive wine offering and our creative, produce-driven cocktail list inspired by our native kitchen garden.

Located at the Jacob’s Creek Visitor Centre, we’re a day-focused venue known for seasonal Mediterranean-style food and thoughtful hospitality. Our drinks program is central to the experience — featuring premium Jacob’s Creek wines, boutique Barossa producers, and a growing, carefully curated spirits list.

**The Role**

You’ll be responsible for:

- Managing and evolving our wine list
- Developing seasonal cocktails using native and local ingredients
- Curating and expanding our spirits offering
- Training staff in confident, knowledgeable beverage service
- Overseeing stock control, ordering and margins

**We’re Looking For Someone Who**:

- Has strong wine knowledge and loves the Barossa region
- Is genuinely passionate (and a little geeky) about spirits and flavour
- Enjoys creativity but also runs a tight, organised bar
- Wants a leadership role without late-night finishes

**The Details**
- Lunch service 7 days + alternating Saturday dinner
- Full time role (~38 hours/week over 5 days)
- Located at Jacob’s Creek Visitor Centre, Barossa Valley

Pay: From $72,500.00 per year
