SENIOR EXPERIENCES HOST We are seeking a passionate and professional Senior Experiences Host to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting prospect for someone who loves wine, hospitality and storytelling, and who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our team, you will play a leading role in hosting our tours and experiences, mentoring team members and ensuring every guest interaction reflects the Henschke brand and values. About the Role The Senior Experiences Host will lead and deliver our daily tours and experiences while supporting the smooth operation of Cellar Door. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, confident engaging with guests from around the world and passionate about premium wine experiences. Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
· Conduct and manage daily tours and experiences
· Share the Henschke story, heritage and winemaking philosophy with warmth and professionalism
· Support the Cellar Door team with tastings and daily operations when not hosting tours
· Assist with member lunches, events and special functions
· Maintain tour and experience spaces to the highest presentation standards
· Train and mentor team members in delivering tours and experiences
· Process customer sales and bookings
· Liaise with third-party tour providers and assist with scheduling and coordination
· Assist with reporting, stock control and administrative duties About you To succeed in this role, you will bring:
· Previous experience in premium hospitality, tourism or cellar door
· A passion for wine and creating memorable guest experiences
· Excellent communication skills and presentation with a positive disposition
· Strong organisational and time management abilities
· Confidence working both independently and collaboratively within a team
· A proactive and flexible approach to daily operations
· Competency with computer systems and booking platforms This is a permanent position working either 4 or 5 days per week. Saturday availability is a must. Candidates must hold a minimum of WSET Level 2 and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certifications. Attractive remuneration, wine allowance and employment conditions are on offer.
