- Lead and coach a small team of 5 in our Barossa store.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Recruit, onboard and provide performance coaching support.
- Manage stock, safety and operational excellence.
- Support local marketing and community initiatives. Qualifications
- Retail leadership experience (or ready to step up) with a strong sales focus.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing team.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
- Sound business acumen and commitment to secure Work, Health & Safety practices.
