You will work in a very structured office that has procedures in place to help you become a successful Sales Agent. You will be mentored and taught by one of the best Agencies!

All aspects of prospecting

Attend and run open homes & auctions

Buyer appointments

Liaise with buyers

Build your career and area profile

Learn from the best how to list and sell Real Estate

Base salary + commission with OTE circa $120,000

About You:

Agents Representative Certificate of equivalent
- please note this is not negotiable for this role

Reliable car and full drivers license

Lives in or nearby to the Monash area

Mandarin speaking is highly advantageous

Highly motivated and willing to do what it takes to earn huge money and succeed
