2+ years’ experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager or 3IC (ideally in luxury fashion)

Have excellent organisational and analytical skills.

Robust business management acumen.

Be a dynamic and hands-on leader who leads by example.

A leader who is passionate about engaging and coaching a team to succeed.

High emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels

Key Responsibilities

Drive the sales and profitability of your Boutique, ensuring the KPI’s set by the brand are achieved.

Deliver an exceptional and experiential level of customer service.

Confidently lead, develop, motivate, support and succession your team to succeed.

Implement in-store training to deliver excellence.

Visually emulate the brand vision and mission.

Execute operational excellence with all stock management, VM and back of house procedures.

Manage inventory and loss prevention for your boutique.

Ensure the presentation and visual merchandising standards are met in accordance with brand expectations.

Utilise data and reports for retail & VM operations.

Ensure shop-floor stock levels are at an optimum level to maximise sales.
