We’re seeking a Filling Machine Operator / Production Assistant to join the team for an immediate start.

We are located in Oakleigh South led by two hands-on founders. You’ll join a small crew where your work is visible, valued, and helps customers receive an amazing experience with our product. Flexible shifts, full training provided, and friendly atmosphere.

**Qualifications & experience**
- No specific experience required
- training provided
- Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on tasks
- Valuable attention to detail (accurate fill levels, correct caps/labels, neat presentation)
- Bonus (not essential): experience in light manufacturing, food/beauty/cleaning production, or warehouse operations
- Able to commute to Oakleigh South (10 min walk from Huntingdale Station)

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Operate a semi-automatic filling machine to fill bottles to target volume/weight
- Place, cap, and torque-check closures
- Conduct simple in-process quality checks (visual checks, leak checks)
- Stage finished goods into trays/cartons and move to storage racks (light lifting)
- Keep the filling area tidy: sanitise benches, restock caps/closures

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15
