**THE OPPORTUNITY**
**Salary**:$66,921
- $72,661 per annum pro rata + 11.5% super + leave loading (dependent on qualifications and experience). **Time Fraction**:Part Time, 0.6 EFT. **Location**:Chadstone campus
- onsite parking and close proximity to public transport. **WWCC**: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check. **Police Check**:Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check. **Position Status**:Contract of employment until 31 December 2025.
Holmesglen is seeking a qualified and highly organised Administration Officer to provide essential support to the Curriculum Maintenance Manager and contribute to the smooth operation of the department.
In this role, you will coordinate administrative requirements across all key functions, maintain staff files and associated documentation in accordance with organisational standards, and establish systems to monitor finances while providing regular updates to management. You will also undertake duties for key meetings, including preparing and distributing agendas and documentation, as well as accurately recording and maintaining minutes.
Additionally, you will assist staff in developing and maintaining project and core service documentation, provide executive support to the Curriculum Maintenance Manager, liaise with internal departments to resolve organisational matters, and coordinate communication systems and meetings to ensure the effective operation of the service.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Demonstrated ability to provide executive support, manage priorities, and maintain organised records.
- Sound knowledge of HR and finance systems, with experience preparing complex, compliant documentation.
- Relevant degree with experience, or a combination of qualifications and extensive relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise across teams and resolve issues.
