Machine Operator (Oakleigh)

One of Australasia’s leading rubber, plastics, cork and polyurethane manufacturer are now seeking an experienced Machine Oeprator.

Reporting directly to the Production Supervisor, the role will be Monday to Friday where your primary duties will include:

- Use of machinery, including setting up and cleaning machine in use
- Operate injection moulding devices, including setting up and cleaning devices in use
- Ensure correct raw materials are used during production
- OH&S; and SOP (ISO Certified) are adhered to at all times

**The Successful Applicant**

The successful applicant will be given full training on tasks involving injection moulding and together with your manufacturing background we will also require:

- Previous machine operating experience
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Be valuable with numbers
- as the role involves lots of measuring
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Track record for being reliable and punctual
- Flexibility to work afternoon and night shift for the rotating shift roster

A curent forklift licence will be highly regarded, to be able to provide covcer in warehouse if and when required.

Working hours Monday to Friday 6am-2.30pm
