**Position Overview**: As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating a range of high-quality baked goods, from artisan bread to sweet treats. You will work in a fast-paced workplace with a supportive team, ensuring that every product meets the company’s high standards. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods
- Ensure consistency and quality in all products produced
- Follow recipes and techniques to meet customer demand and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following health and safety regulations
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment
- Assist in managing stock levels and ensuring the bakery is fully stocked
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selections (if applicable)
- Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and deadlines

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Baker, ideally in a commercial or artisan bakery setting
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- A passion for baking and a keen interest in producing high-quality goods
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays
- Food handling certification (e.g., Food Safety Supervisor) is a plus
