Graphic Designer - Brochures (Oakleigh)

This role is full time casual with potential to go permanent. Location: Melbourne (On-site only – 5 minutes from train station) Employment Type: Casual, full-time hours About the role We’re seeking a Graphic Designer to join our in-house team on a full-time, on-site basis. The role is split roughly 50/50, with half of your time focused on brochure and print design, and the remainder supporting a range of day-to-day graphic design tasks. This role suits a versatile designer who enjoys structured layout work, clear briefs, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities
- Design brochures, flyers, catalogues, and printed sales collateral
- Assist with brochure layout, updates, and version control
- Support general graphic design tasks (digital assets, internal materials, basic marketing visuals)
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines
- Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files
- Manage revisions and feedback efficiently Skills & experience
- Strong experience with Adobe InDesign (essential)
- Working knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop
- Proven brochure and print layout experience
- Strong typography and attention to detail
- Ability to work in office and manage multiple tasks Nice to have
- Experience in product-based, interiors, or construction-related industries
- Understanding of print production (bleeds, CMYK, file prep) What we offer
