Recruiting for a select group of ultra-high-end jewellery maison clients for Senior Sales opportunities across Collins and Chadstone. These confidential appointments sit within globally recognised luxury houses known for exceptional craftsmanship, heritage, and VIP clientele, suited to experienced luxury retail professionals with strong clienteling expertise, a refined service approach, and a proven track record in high-value sales, offering attractive earning potential, incentives, and long-term career development within prestigious luxury environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences aligned with luxury maison service standards
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through strong clienteling and follow-up strategies
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and boutique KPIs
- Drive high-value sales through consultative storytelling and product expertise
- Develop and maintain an active VIP client portfolio, supporting private appointments and events
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of jewellery collections, craftsmanship, and brand heritage
- Support boutique operations, visual merchandising standards, and daily floor excellence
- Act as a role model within the team, contributing to a collaborative and high-performance boutique culture
