Contracts Administrator Oakleigh

KSM Design & Construct P/L is on the lookout for a Contracts Administrator to come on board and join our team to successfully complete a $30m commercial project we have been awarded in the eastern suburbs.

Candidates must have min 5 years' experience as a contract's administrator.

Proficiency in project management tools is essential. (Job Pac)

Working closely with the Construction Manager and Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in the commercial delivery of recent build apartment projects. The role will involve managing subcontract procurement, contract administration and cost control throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
