Customer Service Administrator – Entry Level Location: Huntingdale Victoria
Employment Type: Full-time Are you organised, proactive, and enjoy helping others? We are seeking an Entry-Level Office Administrator to join our team in the insurance building and restoration division. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain and organise inboxes and office documentation
- Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Manage job lodgements and ensure all required information is accurately entered
- Conduct initial triage of incoming jobs and allocate tasks appropriately
- Prepare and submit documentation such as reports, quotes, and supporting information as required
- Monitor job progress and follow up on outstanding submissions and approvals
- Liaise with clients, insurers, trades, and stakeholders regarding job updates
- Track approvals and maintain accurate records to support timely project delivery
- Provide general administrative support to operational and management teams as required What We're Looking For:
- Previous customer service experience
- Comfortable handling phone and email communication
- Robust organisational skills and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the insurance building and restoration industry
- Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
