- Deliver warm, attentive service that reflects the five-star standard our guests expect
- Engage with guests in meaningful ways – remembering names, celebrating milestones, and personalising each interaction
- Bring energy and creativity to the guest experience – from latte art to cocktail flair to setting the perfect ambience
- Share your knowledge of menus, local produce, and wine pairings with confidence and enthusiasm
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless, memorable food and beverage moments
- Make thoughtful suggestions and upsell items that enhance the guest’s dining experience
- Be empowered to go above and beyond – surprise and delight guests with genuine gestures and personalised service Hourly Pay rates:
- Mon to Fri: $25.85 (+ $2.81 evening loading after 7pm)
- Saturday: $32.31
- Sunday: $38.78
- Public Holidays: $58.16 Plus:
- Guaranteed minimum weekly hours
- Paid annual leave, including leave loading

- A current RSA Certificate (essential for all roles)
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
- A proactive, can-do approach to challenges and daily tasks
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with guests
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Great attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards
