These confidential appointments sit within globally recognised luxury houses known for exceptional craftsmanship, heritage, and VIP clientele, suited to experienced luxury retail professionals with strong clienteling expertise, a refined service approach, and a proven track record in high-value sales, offering attractive earning potential, incentives, and long-term career development within prestigious luxury environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences aligned with luxury maison service standards
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through strong clienteling and follow-up strategies
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and boutique KPIs
- Drive high-value sales through consultative storytelling and product expertise
- Develop and maintain an active VIP client portfolio, supporting private appointments and events
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of jewellery collections, craftsmanship, and brand heritage
- Support boutique operations, visual merchandising standards, and daily floor excellence
- Act as a role model within the team, contributing to a cooperative and high-performance boutique culture
