About Us We are a well-established electrical contracting business delivering large-scale commercial projects across Victoria. We have a robust secured pipeline in the Government sector including multiple projects up to $4M, we are entering a growth phase and seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead site delivery. The Role You will take full responsibility for on-site electrical works, leading crews, coordinating with management, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead electricians and apprentices on large commercial sites
- Manage daily site operations, scheduling, and productivity
- Manage on site variations and project budgets
- Coordinate with Project Managers, builders, and other trades
- Ensure compliance with WHS, electrical standards, and site requirements
- Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and quality checks
- Assist with material planning and progress reporting About You
- A Grade Electrical Licence (essential)
- Proven experience as a Foreman on commercial projects ($2M+ preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- High standard of safety awareness and workmanship
