- Liaise between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop
- Prepare vehicle arrival
- WARP and CCC administration arrival
- Communicate with customers and meet expectation
- Coordinate rental car and hand off
- Provide update on vehicle’s status
- Reorder material and supplies
- Review repair and delivery
- Perform other related duties as assigned What You'll Bring- 3+ years of experience in the automotive collision repair industry is a plus
- Any certification in I-Car Australia is a plus
- Valid Driver’s License and a positive driving record
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions well
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
- Microsoft Office experience preferred
- Must be willing to train others
- Must be comfortable working in a collision shop environment
