About the Role We are looking for an Account Manager to join our fast-paced, high-performing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys managing client relationships, and has a strong passion for marketing, social media, and project coordination. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day client accounts, coordinating campaigns, supporting content and paid media execution, and ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and efficiently. This role also includes administrative support, account setup and management, and coordination of part-time staff and freelancers to ensure campaigns run effectively. Key Responsibilities Client & Campaign Management
· Manage day-to-day client relationships with local and global brands
· Coordinate and oversee social media accounts across platforms including RedNote (Xiaohongshu), WeChat, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels
· Develop and implement social media and content strategies, content plan aligned with client objectives.
· Manage and optimise digital and offline campaigns to achieve commercial KPIs through testing, reporting, and iteration
· Prepare campaign reports, performance updates, presentations, and strategic recommendations for clients
· Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to refine and scale account performance Administration & Account Setup
· Set up and manage social media, advertising, and platform accounts for clients as required
· Support project administration, including scheduling, briefing, documentation, invoicing coordination, and campaign tracking
· Maintain organised account records, timelines, and communication logs to ensure smooth project delivery
· Assist in onboarding recent clients and coordinating project workflows Team Coordination
· Coordinate and manage part-time staff, freelancers, influencers, and contractors involved in projects
· Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
· Support recruitment and onboarding of casual or part-time team members when required What We’re Looking For
· 1–2+ years’ experience as an Account Manager, Marketing Coordinator, or in a similar role
· Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
· Strong communication, client relationship, and stakeholder management skills
· Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and project coordination ability
· Proactive, commercially minded, and results-driven
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace
· Experience with social media management and content creation tools is highly desirable
· Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, Meta Business Suite, or other relevant marketing tools is a plus Why Join Us?
