**About You**
We’re seeking someone with:
- **6+ months** of customer service experience (retail preferred).
- A **hands-on, retail-savvy mindset** with a passion for helping customers.
- **Outstanding communication skills** (written & verbal) and active listening.
- A **proactive, resilient attitude** with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent **time management**, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise.
- A **team player mentality** but also the confidence to work autonomously.
- Emotional intelligence and a **growth mindset**—open to feedback and learning.
- Flexibility to work a **7-day rotating roster** as needed.
**About the Role**
In this fast-paced role, you’ll be the voice of Shaver Shop, delivering top-tier service across multiple channels. Key responsibilities include: ✔ Managing **online orders** from purchase to delivery, ensuring timely resolution of issues. ✔ Liaising with **stores, couriers (AusPost, etc.)**, and resolving customer complaints. ✔ Processing **returns/refunds** and assisting with product enquiries. ✔ Supporting stores with **web orders** and tracking customer trends for business improvements. ✔ Monitoring **delivery performance** and ensuring seamless order fulfilment.
