What You'll Do- Maintain work schedule Liaise between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop Prepare vehicle arrival WARP and CCC administration arrival Communicate with customers and meet expectation Coordinate rental car and hand off Provide update on vehicle’s status Reorder material and supplies Review repair and delivery Perform other related duties as assigned What You'll Bring- 3+ years of experience in the automotive collision repair industry is a plus Any certification in I-Car Australia is a plus Valid Driver’s License and a positive driving record Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions well Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work Microsoft Office experience preferred Must be willing to train others Must be comfortable working in a collision shop workplace Ability to work independently in limited supervision environments Tesla Body Repair is also hiring: Technicians, Painters, Estimators, Parts Advisors & Detailers.
