Receptionist Oakleigh

Due to further expansion, we are seeking an experienced Receptionist for Chadstone Hyundai on a full time basis Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5pm.

As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for proactively greeting customers with a warm welcome to create a positive first impression. Key Responsibilities Manage incoming calls and enquiries promptly and efficiently Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service Maintain a tidy, organised reception and customer waiting area Assist the service department to arrange scheduled service bookings Provide general administrative support to the team as required

What We’re Looking For Previous reception or administrative experience is strongly preferred Solid communication and interpersonal skills A motivated self-starter who can work independently Valuable computer skills and the ability to pick up recent systems quickly Well spoken, professional and with high level customer service focus A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to contribute where needed
