Customer Service Administrator – Entry Level
Location: Huntingdale Victoria
Employment Type: Full time
Are you organised, proactive, and enjoy helping others? We are seeking an Entry-Level Office Administrator to join our team in the insurance building and restoration division.
Key Responsibilities: Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner Schedule appointments and manage calendars Maintain and organise inboxes and office documentation Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks Manage job lodgements and ensure all required information is accurately entered Conduct initial triage of incoming jobs and allocate tasks appropriately Prepare and submit documentation such as reports, quotes, and supporting information as required Monitor job progress and follow up on outstanding submissions and approvals Liaise with clients, insurers, trades, and stakeholders regarding job updates Track approvals and maintain accurate records to support timely project delivery Provide general administrative support to operational and management teams as required
What We're Looking For: Previous customer service experience Comfortable handling phone and email communication Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Eagerness to learn and grow in the insurance building and restoration industry Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative Australian work rights are required for this position
