Leading Plumber – Rough In & Fit Off Supervisor

Pro Spec Plumbing – Melbourne

Pro Spec Plumbing is growing and we're looking for an experienced and motivated Leading Plumber to take charge of rough in and fit off works across a range of residential and commercial projects.

This is a leadership role suited to someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, can run jobs efficiently, and lead a team on site.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

• Running and supervising rough in and fit off stages

• Managing and leading apprentices and tradesmen on site

• Reading plans and coordinating works efficiently

• Ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard

• Communicating with builders, supervisors, and office staff

• Maintaining site organisation, productivity, and quality control

• Uploading site progress/photos through SimPRO

What We're Looking For

• Qualified and licenced plumber

• Experience leading projects and managing crews

• Robust knowledge of rough ins and fit offs

• Ability to read and interpret plans

• Reliable, organized, and proactive attitude

• Solid communication and leadership skills

• Current driver's licence

• Experience with Simpro (preferred but not essential)

• Must hold a current Victorian Plumbing Licence

• Must be an Australian permanent resident
