Project Engineer (Oakleigh)

Our Client Industrial builder who has been in the Melbourne market for sometime, they specialize in Self storage units, and continue to win repeat work from large reputable clients. Family friendly and a great team environment. With a solid pipeline of secured work in the $4m–$10m range, they are now seeking a Project Engineer to lead/Assist the delivery of their industrial storage unit projects from early procurement through to final handover.

Your role:
- Lead/ Assist with the full project lifecycle from pre-construction to delivery
- Manage project budgets, programs, consultants, and subcontractors
- Drive quality, safety, and commercial outcomes
- Looking after 2-4 projects ($10-$20mil all together)
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders and clients Your background:
- Must have 4+ combined years experience as a , Project Engineer, Project Coordinator, Civil Engineer or Structural Engineer in commercial or industrial construction
- Having a strong technical engineering background with clear communication and client facing
- Proven track record delivering complex builds over $4mil
- Keen and eager to move into the industrial space
- Robust leadership, programming, and cost control skills
- Ability to manage detail without losing sight of the bigger picture Your Advantages for joining:
