Warehouse Operator (Huntingdale)

We’re looking for a Warehouse Operator to join the Marquise Baby team as we continue to grow across ecommerce and wholesale. This is a hands on role within our warehouse and operations team, helping ensure customer orders are packed accurately, dispatched on time and stock is managed efficiently day to day. We’re after someone reliable, organised and proactive who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and takes pride in doing things properly.

Key Responsibilities
• Picking and packing customer orders to daily dispatch cut offs
• Unloading inbound deliveries and putting stock away accurately
• Running outbound dispatch through Shippit
• Managing orders, inventory and fulfilment status in Shopify
• Maintaining a clean, organised and effective warehouse
• Working alongside our small warehouse team and helping set the pace through the day
• Identifying and implementing improvements to warehouse layout, workflows and packing efficiency as we grow
• Conducting cycle counts and resolving stock discrepancies About You
• Previous warehouse, fulfilment or operations experience preferred
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast moving environment
• Reliable, hardworking and proactive
