Based at our Oakleigh Branch, you will be reporting to one of our passionate Customer Service Managers. You may also be required to work from our other branch locations from time-to-time based on our business needs. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers with a smile and enthusiasm, and pro-actively explores their needs
- Identifying potential product and service offerings to add genuine value
- Managing a client portfolio through a robust calling program
- Referring lending and other product or service opportunities to our retail and business bankers
- Creating a delightful customer experience to all our customers
- Resolving customer queries with simple and practical solutions
- Maintaining prudent records of every customer interaction through Salesforce
- Understanding and adhering to all policy, process, risk and compliance requirements All about you We’re looking for bright shining eyes! A passion for adding genuine value to our customers and our business is the key to success in this role. We’re looking for people who:
- Are confident, with gravitas to pro-actively engage with customers
- Fluency in Greek language (written and spoken) is advantageous
- Have the ability to quickly explore and identify customer needs
- Seize the moment and use their initiative to suggest value-add options to customers
- Have a growth mindset to drive referrals through to our sales teams
- Are connected to community to prospect new customers
- Have a genuine passion to deliver customer delight
