The Office Manager’s duties would include the following but not be limited to:
Oversee daily office operations as main point of contact and ensure office efficiency by organizing procedures, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, handling correspondence, managing file systems, and updating contacts database and employee lists.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer and supplier enquiries, ensuring timely and qualified responses.
Manage office administration including scheduling, correspondence, filing, and record keeping.
Manage day-to-day office operations including coordination of product inventory, order packaging, and general logistics.
Oversee payments from customers, supplier invoices and maintain accurate records, and report expenditures.
Contribute to office service planning, review priorities and ensure service standards are met.
Allocate resources including staffing schedules, workspace organisation, and equipment maintenance.
Liaise with internal departments and external entities to resolve issues and support business functions.
Manage payroll, monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and coordinate personnel activities including training.
Ensure office complies with occupational health and safety regulations and government standards.
Maintain consistent supply levels and functional office equipment.
Essential skills and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Two or more years of experience in office management
Experience in administrative roles, with the ability to manage budgets and accounts.
Robust time-management and people skills, high degree of flexibility, and excellent multitasking ability
Robust leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Pay: $80,000.00
- $85,000.00 per year
