**About the Facility**

Aegis Murdoch is the latest Aged Care Residence in the Aegis Group providing exceptional care including Permanent, Transitional as well as Respite Care in a state-of-the-art, safe and comfortable environment. The Facility is located close to Fiona Stanley Hospital, in the new Murdoch Health and Knowledge Precinct. Situated adjacent to the Kwinana Freeway and Murdoch train station, makes travel easy via the public transport hub. This brand current Facility is seeking motivated and dedicated staff to join and establish a team from the ground up.

**About You**

You should ideally be an empathetic person who has:

- A positive and friendly personality with a passion for assisting our Residents to maintain their quality of life.
- The ability to engage with team members, other professionals, and a wide range of people with both a high level of verbal and written communication.
- The capacity to inspire trust and enjoys interacting with the elderly.
- A focus on delivering excellent customer service to residents, their families, and other external parties.
- Flexibility and can be available on short notice for varied shifts across all days the week.

**About the Role**

The role will be centred around providing a high-quality lifestyle for Residents that aligns with individual Resident choices and best practice. You will be making a real impact on residents’ lives, by providing respectful and safe assistance with:

- Daily and meaningful activities.
- Medication administration.
- Mealtimes in line with Aegis’ Excellence in Dining strategy.

**Requirements of the Role**
- A certificate III in Aged Care (or higher/equivalent).
- Full Australian working rights and able to pass a national police clearance.
- Minimum of 1 Year experience in this role/ or similar roles.
