**Position Overview**: We are currently seeking a vibrant and dedicated **Customer Call Centre Specialist** to join our team. As a Customer Call Centre Specialist at Melville Auto Hub, you'll be the voice of our dealership, providing outstanding service and support to our customers over the phone.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and service requests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers regarding service appointments, and customer satisfaction surveys.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding dealership services, promotions, and vehicle specifications.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely completion of customer requests.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and service appointments in our database.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the automotive industry, is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service to our customers.
