This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll drive sales, coach your team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a premium department store environment. What you’ll be doing
- Owning concession performance and achieving sales, profit, and KPI targets.
- Leading, coaching, and developing your team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Managing stock, visual merchandising, and concession presentation to brand standards.
- Recruiting, inducting, and developing team members.
- Maintaining store administration, rosters, and reporting requirements.
