Store Assistant in Exmouth

20 hours per week.

Must live locally and be able to commute easily to our store. Our store is open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

Responsibilities

Be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need.

Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.

Perform warehouse tasks and stock shelves.

Provide outstanding service, whether chatting with customers or staying productive during busy times.

Ask the right questions to understand customers' projects and assist them in finding the right products.

Proactively sell the advantages of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up to experience great deals.

Maintain high store standards and create a welcoming workplace for all.

Show reliability: arrive on time, be flexible and committed to supporting customers and teammates.

Qualifications

Committed to delivering excellent customer service.

No prior retail experience required – training will be provided.

Positive attitude, energy and enthusiasm.

Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in customer projects.

Reliability and willingness to support the team.
