About the Role

You will be responsible for: Preparing and refinishing vehicles using water‑based paint technology Colour matching, blending, and achieving high‑quality finishes

Working closely with the team to ensure effective workflow

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised paint area

Following industry standards and insurer requirements

About You

We’re looking for someone who is: Experienced in water‑based automotive paint systems Skilled in colour matching and refinishing techniques

Detail‑oriented, reliable, and committed to quality

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Motivated, professional, and takes pride in their craft

Trade qualification and previous smash repair experience are essential.
